Please review this week's schedule as we have lots happening!! If you have not done so already, please let us know if your child is (or is not) swimming in Timetrials on Tuesday. Also note, when we switch to mornings we may delay the start of practice to let the air temps warm up. This affects our 8:15am 5/6s and 8:30 Rookies. We delay until 9 and combine the earlier times with the 9am. We notify via email, FB, Group Me, Remind.

Monday- Afternoon practice

Tuesday- Picture Day and Time Trials NO ROOKIE PRACTICE (but please come to pictures)

• 4pm- Individual Pictures start
• 5pm- Team Picture (wear blue Team Tshirt)
• 5:30 - Team Warm Ups in the Pool
• 6pm - Time Trials Start

Wednesday - NO PRACTICE Enjoy the last day of school

Thursday - MORNING practice starts

Friday - MORNING practice

MEET REMINDERS

Heat Sheet: I will email the Heat Sheet (a document that states which events your child is swimming) Tuesday afternoon. Be on the lookout.

Traffic Pattern: At 4pm, Helmswood Cir becomes 1 way traffic (do NOT turn right at the Clubhouse). All parking is on 1 side of the street: The Sidewalk side. Please do not park directly across from someone's driveway, as it is a traffic violation. Please use common sense and be courteous when parking in the neighborhood.

SWIMMER AND VOLUNTEER CHECK IN

After team pictures, please see the table in the parking lot to check in your swimmer so we know you are here. If you are volunteering, please also check in.

SEATING

We will be sitting around the pool for Time Trials only (all home meets we set up in the parking lot). You may want to bring your own seating as there aren't enough pool chairs for everyone.

OTHER REMINDERS

• Bring extra towels as they will be in and out of the water multiple times
• Bring a black sharpie to write NAME and AGE on your swimmer
• PLEASE put your name in your tshirt. There are 100 that look just like yours!
• Concessions will be open, so come hungry!

FINAL NOTE Per CSSL Rules: No alcohol of any kind is permitted at swim meets. If you are caught with an adult beverage of any kind within the confines of the pool or parking lot Coaches, Lifeguards, Coordinators and other Volunteers WILL report you. The result will be an ending and forfeiture of the meet and the team will be fined $250 by CSSL. The kids have worked so hard, and it's about them. Drink at home and stay at home
