Delayed practice tomorrow (Wed) and other Reminders

I'm starting to feel like a broken record, but we are delaying the start of practice tomorrow to 9am. You know the drill...8:15 practice and 8:30 rookie lessons come at 9am. All others remain the same.
As a reminder, tomorrow evening is our first meet at home! Our Rookie meet is at 4pm (Rookie Families Only) Team warm ups start at 5pm. The theme is Red White and Blue, so come dressed sporting your favorite USA colors! Gather at Bruster's after the meet is finished.
Thursday morning is our first Stroke Clinic at 9am for 7/8s only. 10am Relays for EVERYONE with donuts and ribbons after.
