Hello H.O.T. families!

It’s hard to believe but we only have two more meets left this season! I know many of you have volunteered for shifts beyond what we ask you to work and for that we are very grateful. We are still in need of volunteers for our upcoming meet this Monday 6/17. If you’re able to help, please sign up for a job on the meet signup! We really need to fill all these slots for the last two meets to finish our season strong.

Also, the signup our team party on Tuesday, June 25 is now open. We ask for RSVP signups so we know how many people to expect. This event is a “pot luck” style party. Under jobs you will find a signup for items that we need. Some items requested are specific and some are classified as “other” so use your imagination for whatever you’d like to bring! We ask each family bring at least one thing.

Please note that swimming will not be allowed during the party. Bring some extra chairs to sit around the pool deck. At dusk we will show a slideshow recapping our fun season.
