S.O.S. For Volunteers for swim meet on 5/28

Hello HOT families!

We are still in need of 21 volunteers for our meet this week which is TOMORROW

We need: 

- Timers (11 openings) 

- 2nd half starter (1 opening) 

- Place judges (2 openings) 

- Concessions (3 openings) 

- Lane Managers (2 openings) 

- Water/Garbage 2nd half (1 opening) 

- Set up (1 opening) 

I have opened the job signup again on our team website. Please sign up on the team website if you’re able to volunteer! 

I REALLY appreciate anyone who is able to step up and help out!

2022 Registration

2022 REGISTRATION

ALL returning swimmers, New Resident swimmers and Rookies will be able to register online starting February 23, 2022.

On Sunday, March 13, 2022, from 1-3, we will have swim suit sizing and New Swimmer registration at the Heritage Oaks Clubhouse. We will still have returning swimmers sign ups on the March 13th and of course our Rookies can sign up at any of these times too!


2022 Meet Schedule:

                        

Tuesday, May 24th - Team Pictures at 4pm and Time Trials at 6pm

Wednesday, June 1st - Heritage Oaks at Vinings Estates

Tuesday, June 7th - Arden Lake at Heritage Oaks

Tuesday, June 14th - Heritage Oaks at Saddlebrook

Tuesday, June 21st - Smyrna at Heritage Oaks

Tuesday, June 28th - Heritage Oaks at Marietta CC

Wednesday, June 29th - HOT Team Party
