Dear Potential Sponsor,

We are the Heritage Oaks Torpedoes Swim Team. As a neighborhood summer league swim team, we strengthen the minds and bodies of children and teenagers from within our community. Our approach to swimming is one of strength, endurance, character, lifelong healthy living and most of all fun. With your help, we can keep our program thriving. We are asking local businesses in the West Cobb area to support our swim team by making a donation in the amount of $100.00 to help our program. In return, for this small donation, your company logo will be printed on the backs of every t-shirt we sell; your company name, logo and any information you wish will be added to our website; and your company will be advertised at the Heritage Oaks Clubhouse.

The profits from these sales go directly to benefit our swim team. In the past, we have been able to raise enough money to purchase a new PA system and also a digital Heat/Event Board. This year, we are continuing to save money to replace our lane lines.

Your advertisement logo will be worn by no less than 75 – 80 families, all of which live and shop within a 4 mile radius of your place of business. The schools represented within our swim team include Hillgrove High School, Still Elementary, Lovinggood Middle School, Kemp Elementary, Cheatham Hill Elementary, Pine Mountain Middle School , Kennesaw Mountain High School, McEachern High School, and a few others. By donating to our swim team you will further strengthen the connection and solidify the support that is needed for our young people. In addition to OUR team, the teams that we compete against cover almost all of West Cobb, so your ad will be seen by literally thousands of people, all who live, work and go to school in your demographic area.
