HOT vs Vinings Estates at home Tonight

Hello HOT,
Attached is the heat sheet for tonight's meet.
Rookie meet is at 4pm
Main team warm up is at 5pm
Meet starts at 6pm
Please don't forget the visiting team will be on the pool deck and our team will be in the parking lot.
Our theme tonight is Hawaiian!
Please be aware that I always have HOT caps and I do have extra goggles and bungee straps in my bag, in case your swimmers goggles break during a meet. Caps are $6.00, goggles are $10 and bungee straps are $3. The coaches have asked me to remind you, that we will meet at Brusters after the meet! WEATHER: It is our policy to swim in the rain. DURING A MEET if the weather becomes inclement, we will wait out rain delays. DO NOT LEAVE, although the referee may ask us to wait in cars if the pool deck must be cleared. We must get through at least 1/2 of the meet (around events 42-45) for the meet to "count" and not have to be redone. Please think of the concessions, the seeding, the time and effort and PATIENTLY WAIT the 30 minutes.Thank you,Wendy
