Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday - normal practice for all.

Wednesday - 4:00 pm our 2nd Rookie Meet!!   Please let Coach Olivia B know if you will be attending or not.

5:00 pm - Warm ups for main team start.

6:00 pm - Home Meet vs Marietta Country Club. Sign ups are due by tonight.

Concessions will be selling Zaxby's, Jet's pizza, hot dogs and candy.  Pre-orders are due tonight.

Please don't forget to check in all swimmers and volunteers at the check in table.  We are sitting in the parking lot.  Also, please remember that Helmswood Circle is a one way street on meet night and please only park on one side of the street.

Thursday - No Rookie Practice

9:00 am - Stroke Clinic for 11-14 year olds

10:00 am - Relays, Ribbons and Donuts

Friday - normal practice for all.
