1 - I have opened all the swim meets, so you can sign up your swimmer for the meets you will and won't be attending. Please make sure you sign up for Time Trials BY Sunday, May 21st so the coaches can set up the meet.

2- The Heritage Oaks Torpedoes fund the Swim Coaches end of season bonuses with the profits made during Concessions. To make our Concession Queens' job easier and to increase the bonuses to the Coaches, we would appreciate every family sign up for at least one item on the list.

The Concession Donation list is also open on the signup calendar. You may bring your donation to any practice. You may leave water and sodas at the rear clubhouse doors.

3 - Pink Out Store: The Pink Out store is open and able to receive orders.  The site is: https://e.givesmart.com/events/uR5/page/order-form/. Merchandise other than caps are still available. After May 19th, merchandise will continue to be sold until the inventory sells out. After May 19th, there will be limited inventory.
