Hello HOT,

This is a long email - Please read!

HOT Time Trials and Team Pictures are on Tuesday.  

Team Pictures will start at 4:00 pm with the team picture at 5:00 pm.

Time Trials will begin at 6:00 pm.

Time Trials are run like a meet.  This is a good opportunity for new families to get a feel for a real swim meet.  We will run Concessions, so plan on eating dinner.  Concessions takes cash or credit card.

For time trials, we will sit down at the pool, but for swim meets, we will sit in the parking lot.  I will have a parking lottery for the open spaces in the parking lot.  If you email me before noon on Tuesday, that you want to be in the parking lottery; I will put your name in a hat and the coaches will draw out names Tuesday afternoon while they are setting up the meet.  The winners will be announced in the email that includes the heat sheet for the meet. (a heat sheet is the swimming program of the events and when your swimmer will swim). Each parking lottery winner will pay $10.00 at check in.

ALL swimmers AND volunteers will check in with our Volunteer Coordinator, so she knows you are there to swim and work.

Spiritwear arrived this afternoon and I will start handing it out tomorrow.   Please use a black sharpie and write your last name on the tag of your shirt(s).

Some people have told me they are having problems using the app.  I believe some features can only be used if you pay for the app and some features can be used for free.  I know there is no service at our pool and it is frustrating but try to access the website on a laptop and you will be able to sign up your swimmer.

Signing up:

Go to team website - click on “Meets & Events” then “Signup Calendar” and you will see the sign ups for all the meets, volunteer jobs, the County meet and the team party.

Please make sure your swimmer is marked as swimming or not swimming.
